Graduate students need to complete the DocuSign 开放大学 Registration Form

的 DocuSign 开放大学 Registration Form is automatically routed to the Graduate 招生 and Program Evaluations (GAPE) Office when requesting enrollment for 200+ level courses. 

Graduate Level Requirements

Approval from Graduate Admission and Program Evaluation (GAPE) office is required for graduate 200+ level courses. Prior baccalaureate 学位s must already have been 赢得了. You will be required to upload a transcript showing your bachelor’s 学位 conferred as proof of your 赢得了 学位. 

Enrollment in graduate 200+ level courses is not allowed if you meet any of the following:

• Pending baccalaureate 学位s
• Disqualified students
• 学生 who were denied admission into a graduate 程序 (with the exception of those denied for limited space)
• Recently deferred students from the current and prior semester
• 学生 enrolling in a supervisory course, such as an independent study, project, 或者论文课程.

政策: 开放大学 enrollment does not serve as a guarantee for admission into a future 程序. Enrollment through 开放大学 does not equate to enrollment into a 学位 程序 and/or does not lead to the culmination of a terminal Master's or Doctoral 学位.

Courses taken via 开放大学 are 赢得了 in non-居民(我.e., non-matriculated) 状态. CSU policy requires at least 21 units of a graduate 程序 to be 赢得了 in 居民(我.e., matriculated 状态). Furthermore, 菠菜网lol正规平台 policy S13-8 allows a maximum of 30% of 程序 units to be non-matriculated. 的refore, in a 30-unit 程序, only 9 units from 开放大学 can be transferred. This means that students should carefully plan their 开放大学 enrollment, as units beyond the 程序's limit cannot apply towards a future 学位.
